This course is intended to contribute to teacher and learner development by introducing strategies for identifying and addressing hidden curriculum effects. The primer includes an introduction to key concepts and interactive components for applying these concepts. Strategies are also included for contributing to a positive learning environment and achieving and maintaining alignment between intended curriculum goals and what learners actually receive in terms of formal, informal and tacit (implied) learning.
